Sugar-Free Chocolate Cake Recipe

Dry Ingredients

2 cups of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-free All-Purpose Baking Flour

½ tsp of baking soda

1 Tbsp baking powder

½ cup of cacao powder

Wet ingredients:

3 organic eggs, beaten

½ cup water

1 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 tsp distilled vinegar

½ cup of coconut oil

2 tbs melted butter

2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together to form a batter.
  2. Pour the batter into a pan lined with a non-stick oven sheet, spreading it evenly.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  4. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center—if it comes out clean, remove the pan from the oven.
  5. Let cool at room temperature before serving.
