Omega-3 Green Smoothie Ingredients

  • 5 cups filtered water
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 medium green zucchinis, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 5 stalks fresh mint
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 7 large romaine lettuce leaves, torn into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Barlean’s Total Omega Swirl™ (orange cream flavor)
    1. BE Sweet to taste.
    2. Purée ingredients in a blender, adding more water if needed.
